Job summary

DISA Uranium is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to own the full cycle from invoice receipt to payment and month-end close. Reporting to the Controller, this role is based in Colorado and involves precise coding to projects, sites, and cost centers.

You will process vendor invoices, manage weekly payment runs, and maintain vendor records. The position offers a competitive salary plus an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Working knowledge of three-way matching, GL coding, accruals and month-end close.
• Experience with an accounting ERP system (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite or similar).

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Prepare weekly payment runs by check, ACH and wire.
• Set up and maintain vendor records, including W-9s and banking details.
• Reconcile AP subledger to GL monthly and support accruals.
• Provide documentation for audits and help improve AP workflows and automation.
