Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience, especially in construction or project-based environments.
• Experience processing high-volume invoices and resolving PO discrepancies.
• Direct experience with construction pay applications (pay apps) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, processing 40–60 invoices daily with accuracy and timely approvals.
• Research and resolve PO discrepancies and invoice exceptions with Purchasing, Operations, and Project Management.
• Process construction-related pay applications with proper documentation, approvals, and cost allocation.
• Reconcile vendor statements, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Support month-end close and general accounting functions while identifying AP process improvements.
