Responsibilities

• Manage full AP cycle with 40–60 invoices daily, ensuring accuracy, coding, and approvals.
• Research and resolve PO discrepancies with Purchasing, Operations, and PM.
• Process construction pay applications with proper documentation and cost allocation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries to maintain relationships.
• Support month-end close and identify opportunities to improve AP processes.
