Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance/accounting role.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes, invoice processing, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payment requests in compliance with policies.
• Assist with payment processing via ACH, checks, and other approved methods.
• Maintain organized AP records, vendor files, W-9 tax documentation, and supporting records.
• Develop positive vendor relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Shipping/Receiving to verify invoice accuracy.
• Support the Accounting Manager with GL account analysis and weekly financial spreadsheets.
• Assist with freight analysis reports and related accounting documentation.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
