CADREX Manufacturing Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. You will interact with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure timely payments and data integrity.

Responsibilities include setting up invoices, preparing monthly accruals, generating AP reports, and assisting with year-end 1099s. Associates degree required; strong Excel skills preferred; onsite schedule, M-F.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Experience with Accounts Payable processes is a plus.
• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Set up invoices for payment and maintain payment records.
• Investigate discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices; resolve issues.
• Prepare monthly A/P accruals and reports; assist with 1099s.
