Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and review incoming vendor invoices with accuracy.
• Perform three-way matching of PO, receiving documents, and invoices.
• Manage vendor inquiries on invoice status and payments.
• Prepare weekly payments via checks, ACH, and transfers.
• Maintain digital vendor files, W-9s, and AP documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing and AP subledger reconciliations.
• Audit employee expenses and corporate card statements.
• Support 1099 filing and audit procedures.
