Qualifications

• AA or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Familiar with full-cycle procure to pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with data entry, validation and 3-way matching.
• Review invoices and expense claims for unallowable costs.
• Prepare weekly and ad-hoc payment runs (electronic and checks).
• Review employee expense reimbursements and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain vendor master data and supporting documentation.
• Support month-end close activities, including AP accruals.
• Maintain electronic AP records for audit purposes.
• Assist with vendor inquiries and statement reconciliations.
• Contribute to AP standard operating procedures.
• Update recurring expense tracker for timely processing of invoices.
