Greenpoint Technologies in Bothell, WA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day AP transactions, vendor maintenance, and timely payments in a high-volume environment.

The role requires an AA or equivalent and 3 years AP experience, with preference for manufacturing and government contracting exposure; you will support close, ensure accuracy, and help improve AP processes.

Qualificações

• AA degree or equivalent and 3 years accounts payable experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with government contracting cost rules (DFAR/FAR/CAS) beneficial.
• Proven ability to process high volume invoices accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices with data entry and 3-way matching.
• Review expenses for unallowable costs per policy.
• Prepare weekly and ad-hoc payment runs (electronic and check).
• Process employee expense reimbursements and policy compliance.
• Maintain vendor master data and AP records for audits.
• Support month-end close and AP accruals.
• Assist with vendor inquiries and reconciliations.
