• Process, review, and code vendor invoices with proper approvals and documentation.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and respond to inquiries.
• Manage weekly payment processing and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain vendor records and AP files per policies and standards.
• Verify PO compliance and resolve invoice/purchasing discrepancies with internal teams.
• Support month-end close activities and tax compliance.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement.
