Job summary

CM2 Supply, Inc. is seeking an AP Specialist to process and monitor payments, ensure accuracy, and keep vendor accounts current. You will enter invoices, verify coding to GL accounts, and handle check runs and ACH payments in a timely manner.

The role requires strong computer skills, experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred), and the ability to work independently in an office setting. Office-based position with standard hours and routine vendor interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter payable invoices and match to receiving documents.
• Setup weekly check runs and process ACH and credit card payments.
• Audit invoices for use tax, asset classification, and tax compliance.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain vendor statements monthly.
