Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Roseville, MN. The role focuses on invoice entry, EDI processing, and resolving discrepancies while helping transition to a paperless environment.

Join a small AP team and contribute to system upgrades, processing about 200 invoices weekly in a fully onsite setting. Benefits available for eligible roles, with a contract-type arrangement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year accounts payable experience with invoice processing.
• Experience with PO matching and checkout/payment discrepancies.
• Familiarity with EDI invoice processing.
• Basic Excel skills (simple formulas, data entry).
• Ability to research and resolve invoice issues clearly and thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Enter paper invoices from mail into Infor Sx and move toward paperless processing.
• Enter email invoices into the system; shift toward integrated email inbox.
• Process EDI invoices accurately and record them.
• Research and resolve PO costing discrepancies and payment differences.
• Ensure invoices match purchase orders and terms, follow up on discrepancies.
