Job summary

CFS is partnering with a well-established organization to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing accounting team. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and supporting month-end close and reporting. You should have 2+ years of AP or related accounting experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, account reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support the accounting team with financial analysis and special projects as needed.
• Monitor AP aging and help resolve discrepancies efficiently.
