Qualifications

3+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting/Finance/Business.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle & NetSuite).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Process high volumes of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation.
Review invoices for appropriate approvals and coding.
Prepare and process weekly payment runs, including ACH, wire, and check payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues promptly.
Maintain vendor master data and ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation.
Monitor compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
Collaborate with procurement, receiving, and department managers to resolve invoice and payment issues.
Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and drive efficiencies.
