Azenta Life Sciences is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Burlington, MA. You will process high volumes of vendor invoices, match them to POs, manage payments, and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounts payable, strong Excel and ERP experience (Oracle and NetSuite), and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Onsite role with collaboration across procurement and receiving teams.

Qualifikationen

• Monitor compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with procurement, receiving, and department managers to resolve invoice and payment issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and drive efficiencies.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

4+ days/week onsite in our Burlington, MA HQ
