Connect Search, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its finance team. This role focuses on processing vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, and maintaining up-to-date records in a fast-paced environment.

The position is fully onsite, Monday–Friday, with compensation at $25–$30 per hour based on experience. The ideal candidate has 3+ years AP experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with an ERP system such as Acumatica.

Formación

• 3+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience preferred.
• Experience processing, matching, coding, and reconciling vendor invoices.
• High-volume transaction environment with accuracy and deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with an ERP system; Acumatica is a plus.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with vendors and internal partners.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices from receipt through entry with accuracy.
• Manage invoice routing and approval workflows and follow up.
• Resolve billing, coding, and payment questions with vendors and internal teams.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist month-end and year-end AP activities and documentation.
• Maintain organized financial records per internal controls.
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with teammates across locations to support AP.
