Job summary

Trove Brands is seeking an AP specialist to enter vendor invoices accurately and maintain documentation at our Lehi HQ. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely processing and resolve routine invoice questions.

The role demands attention to detail, basic Excel skills, and discretion with confidential information. Prior ERP or workflow experience is a plus; a Bachelor’s in accounting-related field is preferred but not required.
