Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The role focuses on invoice processing, payments, and vendor communications to ensure accurate and timely disbursements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in accounting is desirable.
• 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience; ERP experience preferred.
• Experience with 1099 reporting and tax compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Invoice management and processing.
• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and other documentation; resolve discrepancies.
• Enter invoice data into the accounting system to prepare for payment processing.
• Prepare and process electronic payments (ACH, wire transfers, checks).
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist in month-end close.
