Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain complete invoice, approval, and payment documentation in the accounts payable systems.
• Respond to routine vendor and internal questions and help resolve invoice, credit, and payment issues.
• Assist with vendor statement reconciliations.
