Trove Brands in Lehi, Utah is seeking an experienced Billing/Revenue Accountant to join our in-office finance team. You will handle order processing, invoicing, ERP tasks, and revenue reconciliations with a focus on accuracy.

This role requires detail orientation, quick learning, initiative, and comfort with Excel and ERP systems such as Acumatica or Dynamics GP. College degree preferred; experience with invoicing and e-commerce workflows a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
• Proactive approach with problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with data and business systems.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders with a focus on e-commerce order processing.
• Manage EDI invoicing and troubleshoot invoice errors.
• Support customer billing and general invoicing responsibilities.
• Perform revenue reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Work within ERP and order management systems to support accounting operations.
• Maintain accuracy when processing orders and financial information.
• Assist with accounting projects and process improvements.
