Job summary

The Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Quarter are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support day-to-day AP operations across our multi-entity family. You’ll handle vendor invoices, payments, AP inbox, and communications to ensure accurate, timely processing.

The ideal candidate has hands-on AP experience in high-volume environments, proficiency with Excel, and a willingness to learn Airbase. You’ll work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and contribute to

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable processes, including invoices and payments.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn Airbase.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Experience dealing with vendors and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the AP email inboxes across all entities and respond to vendor inquiries promptly.
• Process vendor invoices in Airbase with data entry, GL coding, and approvals.
• Prepare AP payments (checks, ACH, wires) for multiple entities including Trail Blazers Inc. and partners.
• Monitor open invoices to minimize past-due balances and ensure timely payments.
• Interface with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform monthly AP closing tasks and reconciliations.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and vendor correspondence.
• Provide backup support for other AP functions.
