Job summary

Portland Trail Blazers is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support day-to-day AP operations across its family of entities, including vendor invoice processing and payment preparation. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and supporting month-end close with reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on AP experience in a high-volume, multi-entity setting, strong vendor communication, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

Experience with accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and vendor communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage high volumes of invoices.
Willingness to learn Airbase and related procurement platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor AP inboxes across entities and triage invoices and payment requests.
Process vendor invoices in Airbase with data entry, GL coding, and routing for approval.
Prepare payments (checks, ACH, wires) across Trail Blazers Inc. and subsidiaries.
Support month-end close duties and reconciliations.
Maintain records of invoices, payments, and vendor correspondence.
