Air Transport Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to handle high-volume payables with accuracy and attention to detail. You will input data, communicate with vendors, review statements, and maintain vendor files in a collaborative office setting.

The role requires strong keyboarding and MS Office skills, with preferred experience in PO handling and Oracle Fusion familiarity. Part-time hours are available, with flexibility during standard business hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 1 year accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PDF viewers, etc.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong keyboarding skills.
• Availability to work during business hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mon–Thu and Fridays 4–6 hours based on workload.
• Ability to intermittently come into the office for projects.

Responsibilities

• Process expense reports, credit card transactions, utilities, rents, fuel, benefits
• Communicate with suppliers and internal team members through email and phone
• Manage and maintain multiple email accounts to support external and internal contacts
• Update supplier information and set up new suppliers
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work 10–30 hours per week processing a high-volume of PO and non-PO payables invoices and credit memos via various methods including manual data input
