Job summary

Hamilton Jewelers is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting & Finance team in New Jersey. You will manage vendor invoices, three-way matching, and payment runs to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with inventory PO-driven invoices; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with inventory PO-driven invoices.
• Strong Excel and ERP experience, preferably NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices via data entry and three-way matching.
• Review and reconcile inventory PO invoices with proper approvals.
• Maintain organized AP records.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and promptly resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as contact for vendors and maintain relationships.
• Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks.
• Support month-end close and special projects as directed.
• Maintain audit-ready records of invoices and postings.
• Provide assistance to senior finance leadership as needed.
