Job summary

Array is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Representative to support the full AP cycle, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and in line with company procedures. You will help maintain financial records and respond to internal teams and external vendors.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely vendor payments and resolving discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with basic accounting principles and payment processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Verify documentation, approvals, and payment terms before processing.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments per schedules.
• Identify duplicates or errors and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain organized AP records and supporting docs.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries about invoices and payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly and follow up on balances.
• Maintain vendor tax information and 1099 prep support.
• Assist with month-end close and process improvements.
