Job summary

Astound is seeking an AP Coordinator II to foster relationships with internal and external customers and manage accounts payable service standards. You will support the AP Lead and Director and perform PO/Non-PO invoice processing with 3-way matching and GL coding.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in high-volume AP, strong MS Excel skills, experience with Microsoft Great Plains, and excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in high volume accounts payable.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with Great Plains and ReqLogic preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent and Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming PO and non-PO invoices.
• Provide GL coding for invoices and route to approvers via workflow.
• Process PO invoices with 3-way match.
• Resolve PO/invoice pricing and quantity discrepancies with Purchasing Manager/Markets.
• Ensure vendor remittances are current.
• Process leasing, refunds, and programming uploads.
• Process manual invoice requests within established service levels.
• Process payment batches and check registers.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
