Job summary

Astound is hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator I in New Jersey. The role focuses on processing high-volume AP invoices, ensuring accurate coding, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

You will support the AP Manager with research and projects while upholding GAAP and using Excel daily. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of AP experience, proficiency in Great Plains and ReqLogic, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of high-volume accounts payable experience.
• Proficient with Great Plains Financial Software and ReqLogic.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process incoming PO and non-PO invoices.
• Route invoices for coding and approvals via workflow.
• Process PO invoices with 3-way match.
• Resolve PO/invoice pricing and quantity discrepancies with Purchasing.
• Ensure vendor remittances are current.
• Process leasing, refunds, and programming uploads.
• Process manual invoice requests within service levels.
• Process payment batches and check registers.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
