Job summary

Astound Broadband is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator I to manage invoices, code and approve across markets, and keep vendor remittances current. The role supports the AP Manager with research and projects, leveraging GAAP knowledge and strong Excel skills.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in high-volume AP, experience with Great Plains and ReqLogic, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits at Astound.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years high volume accounts payable experience.
• Experience with Great Plains Financial Software and ReqLogic preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming PO and non-PO invoices.
• Route invoices for coding and approvals to markets via workflow.
• Process PO invoices ensuring a 3-way match.
• Resolve PO/invoice pricing and quantity discrepancies with Purchasing Manager/Markets.
• Ensure vendor remittances are current.
• Process leasing, refunds, and programming uploads.
• Process manual invoice requests within service levels.
• Process payment batches and check registers.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
