CoreSite is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team in a hybrid work environment in Denver. You will research, enter, and review vendor invoices with precision, collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Compliance, and help maintain accurate vendor records and timely payments.

The role requires 3–5 years of AP experience, a business degree or equivalent, and proficiency with JD Edwards and Bottomline.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in accounts payable.

Aufgaben

• Process PO and Non-PO invoices with approvals in a medium volume atmosphere (1,500/month).
• Manage the AP e-mail boxes.
• Ensure vendors are paid accurately and timely.
• Work with Procurement to ensure accurate vendor entry in JD Edwards.
• Ensure credits due to the Company are properly documented and utilized.
• Verify invoices in Bottomline (TAC).
• Pull utility invoices from online portals.
• Complete online utility payments.
• Support the Accounts Payable Manager and other A/P team members as needed.
• Comply with AP procedures, internal controls (SOX).
• Establish and maintain AP systems, driving process improvements and efficiency.
• Perform special projects related to Bottomline TAC and ad hoc support.
