Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist in Denver, CO, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). You will process complex AP transactions, research discrepancies, maintain vendor records, and collaborate with internal and external partners to improve processes while supporting the North American Shared Services team.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of AP experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with A/P

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or equivalent credentials preferred.
• 2–5 years of Accounts Payable experience required.
• Strong knowledge of A/P processes and ability to manage a large volume of invoices.
• Understanding of CAPEX and OPEX transactions.
• Experience with real estate, construction, or job cost accounting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for payment, progress billing entries, and expense reports.
• Reconcile past-due balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Run weekly rejected reports for open invoices and purchase orders.
• Prepare reports related to accounts payable activity (aging, payment status).
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
