Job summary

Vantage seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join the North American Shared Services team in Denver, CO, with a 3 days on-site / 2 days remote schedule. This role analyzes and processes complex AP transactions, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to research invoice discrepancies and drive process improvements.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of AP experience, an accounting degree, and proficiency with A/P processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or equivalent academic credentials preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable required.
• Strong knowledge of A/P processes and ability to manage a large volume of invoices.
• Data center, real estate, or job cost accounting experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for payment, progress billing entries, and expense reports.
• Reconcile past-due balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze accounts payable processes and recommend improvements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all invoices are accounted for.
