Job summary

Vantage is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join the North American Shared Services team in Denver. The role analyzes and processes complex Accounts Payable transactions, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies.

Strong quantitative and interpersonal skills, proficiency in A/P software, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong knowledge of A/P processes and ability to manage high volumes of invoices.
• MS Office proficiency; Yardi Voyager and Certify preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and information flow.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with updates.
• Process invoices for payment, progress billing, and expense reports.
• Reconcile past-due balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze AP processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Prepare reports and support month-end closing.
