Job summary

Montage International is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to serve as the primary AP partner for an assigned portfolio of luxury properties. You will ensure accurate, timely invoice processing, proper coding, and compliant payments while resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.

You will collaborate with property teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced hospitality environment, focusing on process improvements, controls, and timely month-end close.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: hospitality, hotel, resort, or multi-property accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable for an assigned portfolio of properties.
• Process invoices with proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Review and resolve invoice, PO, receiving, payment, and system exceptions.
• Process payments in accordance with company policies and deadlines.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor, property, and internal inquiries promptly.
• Perform month-end reconciliations and aging reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Build relationships with vendors and property teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
