Job summary

Montage International in Irvine, CA seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a collaborative, service-focused shared services AP team supporting a growing portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts.

You will manage all AP activities for the assigned properties, process invoices with proper coding and approvals, resolve exceptions, reconcile statements, and build strong relationships with vendors and property teams to ensure timely, accurate payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable activities for an assigned portfolio of properties.
• Process invoices with proper coding, approvals, and documentation.
• Review and resolve invoice, purchase order, receiving, and payment exceptions.
• Process payments in accordance with company policies and deadlines.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Build productive relationships with vendors and property teams.
