Responsibilities

• Process, code, and reconcile high-volume vendor invoices across multiple entities.
• Enter invoices with proper GL coding, cost centers, and department allocations.
• Manage electronic payments: ACH entries, wire transfers, and check runs.
• Resolve vendor inquiries and reconcile statements in a timely manner.
• Support month-end close by posting invoices and assisting with AP accruals.
• Maintain organized AP records to ensure process accuracy.
