Job summary

Allegheny Contract is a Winchester, MA-based family-owned commercial flooring contractor seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage a heavy daily invoice workload and maintain accurate vendor accounts.

You will perform 3-way matching, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with vendors, customer service, and the warehouse team to address pricing and receiving issues.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of accounts payable.
• Hands-on 3-way match experience in a PO-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Process a high daily volume of vendor invoices.
• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
• Work with vendors, customer service, and our warehouse team to sort out pricing, quantity, and receiving issues.
