Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Must have good knowledge of sales and use tax rules.
• Requires mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with Workwise (TCM) software is a plus.
• Good communication skills to interact with employees and others outside the organization.

Responsibilities

• Matching purchase orders to receivers and invoices (3-way match).
• Applying sales and use tax rules.
• Identifying proper line items to voucher.
• Vouchering invoices into Workwise.
• Reviewing and remediating unvouched items weekly.
