Wilsonart International seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join its fast-paced AP department. You’ll process high-volume vendor invoices, perform three-way matching, and resolve discrepancies with accuracy and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume accounts payable is required.
• Strong three-way PO matching experience.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
• Research and resolve PO, receipt, pricing, quantity, and invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors, purchasing, receiving, and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research outstanding invoices.
• Assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and accounting reports.
• Support payment processing and month-end AP activities.
• Help work through existing AP backlog while keeping current invoices moving.
