Job summary

Limiting Factor Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its foundational finance team in Menlo Park. The role focuses on high-volume AP processing, three-way matching, and maintaining payment controls to support rapid growth in our AI infrastructure business.

You will manage weekly payment runs, reconcile vendor statements, and collaborate with the Controller to improve AP processes. Candidates with 3+ years, QuickBooks Online and NetSuite experience, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience.
Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
Proficient with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems; experience with NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

Process high-volume supplier invoices with accurate three-way matching.
Prepare and execute weekly payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
Track contractor retainage, lien waivers, and insurance documentation as applicable.
Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment issues.
Process employee expense reports and reconcile corporate card transactions.
Maintain payment controls and identify potential fraud risks.
