Agility Robotics is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead and modernize the P2P lifecycle during a period of hyper-growth. You will implement NetSuite and Precoro, design scalable processes, and align procurement with SOX-compliant controls in a public company context.

You will mentor the AP team, partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and Accounting, and drive AI-enabled automation to reduce manual work while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Formación

• Minimum 7+ years in Accounts Payable or related accounting roles.
• Experience building and enforcing internal controls for a public company.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• P2P process transformation and scalability for high-volume purchasing.
• Lead NetSuite and Precoro implementation relating to the P2P workflow.
• Drive AI-enabled automation to improve invoice capture, routing and approvals.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to enforce policies and SOX controls.
• Direct AP team management, performance reviews, and development.
• Oversee payment runs, approvals, and GL alignment for inventory and expenses.
• Establish SOX-compliant internal controls and audit readiness.
• Oversee month-end AP close and cash flow forecasting inputs.
