Job description

Join the Foundational Finance Team of a Next-Generation AI Infrastructure Company!!

CSuite Financial Partners / Ravix Group has been retained by our client, Limiting Factor Group (LFG), a Menlo Park-based AI infrastructure company, to identify a talented Accounts Payable Specialist to join its rapidly expanding accounting and finance organization.

$400 million in newly raised capital. A $2 billion valuation. A founding team that includes key architects of xAI's AI computing infrastructure. And extraordinary ambitions for growth.

LFG designs, builds, and manages the critical power infrastructure needed to fuel the next generation of artificial intelligence. Combining proven technical expertise, substantial financial backing, and an ambitious vision for the future, the company is positioning itself at the forefront of one of the most consequential infrastructure expansions of our time.

As LFG scales its operations, we're seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to help establish and maintain the financial accuracy, payment controls, and operational discipline essential to supporting its growth.

This is an opportunity to join a foundational accounting team, work alongside accomplished leadership, and participate in the potential long-term value creation of a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure company.

What You'll Do
  • Process high-volume supplier invoices, ensuring accurate three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receiving records.
  • Prepare and execute weekly payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
  • Track contractor retainage, lien waivers, and insurance documentation associated with construction payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment issues.
  • Process employee expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
  • Maintain strong payment controls, identify potential fraud risks, and ensure compliance with established approval procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Controller and broader finance team to improve AP processes and support scalable accounting operations.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, with demonstrated success independently managing high-volume invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment operations.
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, including three-way matching and invoice processing.
  • Familiarity with expense management platforms and electronic payment processing.
  • Understanding of payment controls, fraud prevention, and vendor reconciliation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a rapidly growing organization.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when necessary and travel occasionally.

Highly Valued: Experience with construction-related invoices, large equipment purchases, contractor payments, retainage, and complex vendor relationships.

Industry-specific experience is not required. We're looking for capable, motivated accounting professionals with strong technical fundamentals, intellectual curiosity, and the ambition to grow alongside the business.

Base Salary: $70,000–$105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Additional rewards include eligibility for company equity or long-term cash incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, short-term disability and life insurance, three weeks of accrued paid vacation, 10+ paid holidays, and paid sick leave

Location & Work Arrangement

LFG values in-person collaboration as it builds its foundational finance organization. However, remote arrangements may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates who demonstrate outstanding technical capabilities and alignment with the company's needs.

Occasional travel to company locations may be required.
