ASI Signage Innovations is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day AP activities and drive process improvements using AI and automation. The role blends hands-on tasks with opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual steps.

The ideal candidate has AP experience, strong attention to detail, and comfort with QuickBooks or ERP systems. Hybrid work options and regional office support are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or related finance function.
• Working knowledge of AP cycle: invoice processing, PO matching, vendor management, payment support, and reconciliations.
• Experience with QuickBooks, ERP systems, or similar accounting platforms.
• Willingness to learn new accounting systems as the organization grows.
• Experience managing company credit cards and expense documentation.

Responsabilités

• Manage the AP inbox, reviewing invoices, vendor inquiries, statements, and requests promptly.
• Process vendor invoices with coding and prepare for approval and payment.
• Perform PO matching against invoices, receipts, and documentation.
• Research and resolve vendor discrepancies, pricing differences, and missing docs.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve AP issues.
• Manage company credit card activity including receipts, coding, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and AP documentation.
• Assist with payments, month-end activities, and other accounting tasks as needed.
• Document AP workflows and help build repeatable processes and procedures.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to speed up and automate AP processes.
