Job summary

Figure, an AI robotics company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing Finance team in Mexico City. You will manage end-to-end AP processes, ensure accuracy, and support month-end close.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years' AP experience, strong ERP skills (NetSuite/Oracle), Ramp proficiency, and excellent Excel/Google Sheets abilities. You will drive process improvements and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Experience with NetSuite, Oracle or similar ERP; Ramp is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Process-oriented with ability to document and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices with accuracy and proper authorization.
• Record payables in general ledger and support month-end close.
• Implement process efficiencies using AI and automation tools.
• Manage employee expense reimbursements and card transactions.
• Vendor onboarding and relationship management.
• Generate AP aging reports and assist cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure AP activities comply with internal policies.
