EliseAI is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support end-to-end AP processes at our New York City headquarters. You will handle invoice intake, coding, approvals, and weekly payment runs while maintaining vendor data and tax documentation.

This role requires at least 2+ years of AP experience, familiarity with NetSuite, and exposure to Ramp or similar platforms. We value accuracy, strong Excel skills, and clear communication as we scale our finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-growth environment.
• Experience with NetSuite required; Ramp or similar AP platform a plus.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions is a plus.
• Strong Excel and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle accounts payable: invoice intake, coding, and approvals.
• Process weekly payment runs (ACH, wires, checks).
• Assist with daily bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Manage vendor information, tax docs (W-9/W-8) and onboarding.
• Assist with month-end close, accruals, and inter-entity transactions.
• Collaborate with AP platform admins for card programs (NetSuite and Ramp).
