Job summary

ICONMA is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a client in Council Bluffs, IA, with responsibility for reviewing contractor invoices and ensuring pricing aligns with contracts. This on-site role requires attention to detail and strong teamwork.

You will verify invoices, route them for payment, and maintain invoice data in an Excel tracking sheet to support accurate recordkeeping. A high school diploma and 1+ year of related experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor invoices to ensure charges align with contract pricing and the scope of work documented in job packets.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure invoice information is accurate and complete prior to payment processing.
• Route verified invoices to the appropriate location for the invoicing team to process for payment.
• Enter and maintain invoice information in an Excel tracking spreadsheet to support accurate recordkeeping
