Qualifications

• 1+ years of basic accounting in a professional setting
• Accounting/finance degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Review submitted tickets and respond to inquiries with excellent customer service
• Verify statements from vendors confirming receipt of invoices and status of payments
• Assist with month-end closing responsibilities
• Create payment groups, print checks and submit wire transfers, ACH, and credit card payments
• Enter vendors, subcontractors, customers, and job details into system and update addresses as needed
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
