Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with proper approvals, accurate coding, and tax treatment.
• Process, distribute, and reconcile vendor payments timely and accurately.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records with supporting docs.
• Prepare invoices, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Assist month-end close, reporting, and tax filings.
• Track capital expenditure requests and related docs.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Support reporting, spreadsheet maintenance, and process improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
