• Associate degree in accounting or four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with accounting/ERP software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize weekly workload and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing: Enter and process all invoices timely and accurately.
• Code invoices correctly and ensure payment by responsible entity.
• Confirm spending approvals and distribute AP reports for manager approval.
• Coordinate payment release with Treasury and maintain vendor information.
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly and research discrepancies.
• Support fixed assets, debt amortization schedules, and audits as needed.
• Improve ERP usage and processes, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
