Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and AP processes.
• Experience with three-way matching and invoice reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Review and voucher vendor invoices; match to PO and packing slips.
• Reconcile and post AP batches; maintain accurate financial records.
• Process field service job cost allocations and related expense reports.
