Aston Carter is seeking an entry-level Contract Accounts Payable Specialist for an onsite role in Downey, CA. You will oversee the full AP cycle, review invoices, and approve payments while enforcing 3-way matching and policy adherence.

You will work with vendors, maintain records, perform weekly disbursements in multiple currencies, and reconcile statements monthly. The position includes training junior staff and opportunities to grow into future roles.
