Qualifications

• 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Assist with high-volume accounts payable and invoice entry.
• Perform 3-way matching and verify proper approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
• Assist with check runs, ACH payments, and expense reports.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to payment inquiries.
• Support month-end close and AP reconciliations.
